Leroy Ellington

Partner / Director of Marketing

Leroy founded Leroy Ellington Productions LLC in 2012, and in 2021 Leroy added the ability to provide professional audio production, lighting and staging.

A short time later “In the Doghouse Productions” was born!

In the last 30+ years, Leroy has had his hands in every facet of the entertainment business, from AUDIO PRODUCTION to promotions, booking, event production and more.

Leroy has placed thousands of bands in venues of all kinds (local, regional and national) and has produced/coordinated hundreds and hundreds of live music events, corporate events and private parties.

Greg Gould

Partner/Warehouse Manager

Greg has been involved in multiple facets of the Audio/Visual and Entertainment industry for the last 40 years.

Greg brings experience and knowledge with Audio Recording, Live Sound Engineering, Lighting, Talent Procurement and Event Planning to our outstanding team.

John Van Fossen

Partner/CFO

John comes out of retirement as CFO at “In the Doghouse Productions” and brings with him a long and distinguished career. A Viet Nam era combat veteran, who served with distinction. Including being attached to the Secret Service.

After Viet Nam, John got his degree in engineering which led to a career that included Executive Leadership for US SHOE, Proctor & Gamble Ivory Dale, as well as owning his own consulting business.

His varied expertise is crucial to “The Doghouse!”

Jack Scharstein

Director of Productions

Jack attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production, graduated Cum Laude, and was on the Dean’s List every semester.

Jack is an audio professional with a critical ear and extensive knowledge of audio practices and equipment, as well as the principles and fundamental science that underlie them. A hard worker who values efficiency, and a quick learner who can adapt on the fly to changing environments.

Nan Moeller

Payroll, administration and moral support.
